In accordance with Section 1.2 of the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) for the American Centrifuge Lead Cascade Facility (LCF), Section 1.3 of the FNMCPs for the American Centrifuge Plant (ACP), and 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CPR) 70.32(c)(2)(ii), American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) hereby submits to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) a description of change as Enclosure 1 of this letter, which applies to the following documents:

  • NR~2605-0003, Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan for the American Centrifuge Lead Cascade Facility
  • NR-3605-0005, Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan for the American Centrifuge Plant

Enrichment Activities

  • NR-3605-0005B, Addendum I of the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan for the American Centrifuge Plant - HALEU Demonstration
  • NR-3605-0005C, (U) Program for Precluding and Detecting Unauthorized Production/

Enrichment and Diversion Activities for the HJ!-LEU Demonstration The changes noted in Enclosure 1 have been reviewed in accordance with 10 CPR 70.32 and have been determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the FNMCP.
