Dear Susan Abraham,
On March 8, 2023, American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) staff held a closed discussion with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff regarding ACO's definition of"promptly" under the requirements of 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
The purpose of this letter is to submit a supplement to References 1 and 2 to support the NRC's final approval of the following security plans which implement the NISPOM and SEAD 3 requirements:
SP-3605-0041, Security Plan/or the Protection a/Classified Matter at the American Centrifuge Plant (Enclosure 1)
SP-3605-0045, Security Plan/or the Protection of Classified Matter at Centrus Energy Corp. Headquarters (Enclosure 2)
NR-SP-ACO-OR-0001, Security Program/or American Centrifuge Operating, LLC at Oak Ridge, Tennessee (Enclosure 3)

Proposed changes from the previously submitted plan are noted by tracked changes and a revision bar in the right-hand margin.
