On October 24, 2022, American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) staff held a closed discussion with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff regarding ACO's GAP analysis for implementation of the new 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and the Security Executive Agent Directive 3, Reporting Requirements for Personnel With Access to Classified Information or Who Hold a Sensitive Position (SEAD 3), requirements. The purpose of this letter is to submit SP-3605-0065, GAP Analysis for SP-3605-0045, Security Plan/or the Protection of Classified Matter at Centrus Energy Corp. Headquarters, as Enclosure 1, for NRC staffs use in review and approval of Reference 1. contains Security-Related Information and ACO requests it be withheld from public disclosure per 10 CFR 2.390(d)(l).
