Dear Kelly Fitch:

By letter dated February 13, 2023, ACO submitted a request for Phase II operations at its Piketon, Ohio (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS]

Accession No. ML23047A089).

In conducting a detailed review of the license transfer request, we have identified a technical area where additional information is needed in order to make a determination of the adequacy of your request. The specific Request for Additional Information (RAIs) were conveyed securely via BOX drop earlier today.

Please submit your response to this request for additional information by July 7th. A clarification call on the draft RAIs was held June 5, 2023. Upon receipt of complete RAI responses, the NRC staff will develop a revised schedule for the licensing review, as needed.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.390 of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room, or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS.

The ADAMS database is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
