Reference:

- Letter from Kelly Wiehle to Sabrina Atack, Division of Security Operations, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, "Supplemental Proposed Changes for American Centrifuge Operating, LLC's Cyber Security Plans," dated September 10, 2020 (ACO 120-0033)

In the referenced letter, American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) provided SEC-18-0002, American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) Cyber System Security Plan (SSP), Proposed Change, dated September 2020, to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review and approval. '

The Department of Energy (DOE) Nuclear Energy Oak Ridge Site Office, as Authorizing Official for ACO classified cyber networks, has completed its review and approves this document.

The network depicted is SSP SEC-18-0002 is currently authorized to operate by DOE for the processing up to, and including, Secret Restricted Data until October 1, 2021. This al!thorization will be transferred to NRC, upon NRC's assumption of regulation of the ACO Technology and Manufactµring Center.
