Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) Unit 2 Docket No. STN 50-529 Renewed Operating License No. NPF-51 Refueling Outage 22 Steam Generator Inspection Report Attached please find the PVNGS Unit 2 Steam Generator Tube Inspection Report prepared and submitted by Arizona Public Service Company (APS) pursuant to Technical Specification (TS) Reporting Requirement 5.6.8. This report describes steam generator tube inspection and plugging results from the Unit 2 twenty-second refueling outage (2R22). During preparation of this submittal, an error was identified in prior Unit 2 Steam Generator Inspection Reports for 2R20 and 2R18. Summary Table 2 of tubes plugged for Steam Generator 22 contained a transposition error and that error of 4 tubes is corrected in this report. The detailed information contained in the previous reports are correct, only the summary tables contained the error. A condition report was generated to address the error.

By copy of this letter, this submittal is being provided to the NRC Region IV Administrator and the PVNGS Senior Resident Inspector.
