Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Renewed Operating License No. NPF-41 Docket No. STN 50-528 Fourth 10-Year Interval, First Period Owners Activity Report Number 1R23 Enclosed please find the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) Unit 1 Owners Activity Report for the fourth 10-year interval refueling outage 23 (1R23).
Arizona Public Service Company (APS) is submitting this report pursuant to the title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.55a and in accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Case N-532-5, Alternative Requirements to Repair and Replacement Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission as Required by IWA-4000 and IWA-6000,Section XI, Division 1. APS is required to prepare and submit the Form OAR-1 to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) within 90 days of the completion of each refueling outage. The 1R23 outage ended on May 13, 2022.
