Carolina Power & Light company transmits herewith forty (40) copies of the report titled " Additional Information Pressure Suppression Concept Test Data Report" NEDE-10182, May, 1970. This report contains information in support of our proposed reduction in the design pressure of the containment dry well and torus of the Brunswick units from 62 psig to 53 pais.
General Electric Company informs us that this report contains information obtained at considerable expense, and that the release of this information to the Public Document Room and public disclosure would be detrimental to General Electric' Company, seriously affecting its competitive position. Therefore, we re-quest that this submittal be withheld from public disclosure accord-ing to Rules of Practice 10 CFR 2.790 and the information presented therein be safeguarded in accordance with 10 CFR 2.903.
