Dear Dr. Morris:

We wish to inform you of changes we are making in the management of our

. Company which affect the information we have filed in our H. B. Robinson Unit No. 2 and Brunswick Units Nos. I and 2 applications.

Effective May 1,1970, Mr. J. A. Jones, who has headed the Power Supply Department, is appointed to the newly created position of Assistant Group Executive for Engineering & Operations. He will serve in this capacity until November 1, 1970, at which time he will succeed Mr. P. S.

Colby as Group Executive.

The present Power Supply Department will be divided as of May 1,1970.

Mr. E. E. Utley has been appointed as Manager of the Generation & System Operations Department, and Mr. W. B. Kincaid has been appointed as Manager of the Plant Design & Construction Department. Both of these departments report to the Group Executive.

l The Technical Services Section will report to Mr. Utley.

Its functions and responsibilities are unchanged.
