MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PIANT DOCKET NO. 50-263 LICENSE NO. DPR-22 CHANGE REQUEST DATED NOVEMBER 20, 1972 Attached are three signed originals and 37 confomed copies of a request for a change of Technical Specifications of Appendix A of the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant.

This change request has been reviewed by the Monticello Opemtions Committee and Saiety Audit Committee.

A regular submittal of this type normally requires only three signed originals and 19 confomed copies per 10CFR50 59(d). This request for change includes, in part, the proposed revisions to the reporting re-quirements section of the h chnical Specifications requested in Mr.

Donald J Skovholt's letter of September 28, 1972 to Mr. A V Dienhart.

Se 37 copies attached are responsive to the instructions contained in that letter.
