The District hereby submits the approved Rancho Seco Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (0DCM), AP.310 Revision 5 for your review to support the evaluation of Proposed Amendment No. 155, Revision 2. The attached ODCM represents a significant rewrite of the previous ODCM submitted to you via letter GCA 87-737, dated 10/30/87. The revised ODCM incorporates the results of verification and validation (V&V) as well as NRC and internal reviews.
In preparing the ODCM an independent third-party V&V was conducted to provide assurance that the ODCM is ready to support plant operations. The District is compiling an ODCM V&V report and will maintain the report in Rancho Seco files for future reference.
