OPERATING LICENSE DPR-54 1985 ANNUAL RADIOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATING REPORT The Rancho Seco Technical Specifications 6.9.2.2 requires that the previous calendar year radiological environmental operating report be submitted to your office prior to May 1 of each year. The report is to include summaries, interpretations, and statistical evaluation of the results of the radiological environmental surveillance activities for the report period, including a comparison with pre-operational studies and previous environmental surveillance reports, and an assessment of the observed impacts of the plant operation on the environment. The report shall also include the results of the land use census.
Due to difficulties in completing the 11guld effluent pathway land use census to a level necessary to perform a realistic assessment of the radiological environmental impact, the District will be unable to submit a complete report by the required date.
The District will submit the complete 1985 Annual Radiological Envirer. mental Operating Report by May 30, 1986.
