The District hereby submits the approved Rancho Seco ODCM for your rev'iew to support the evaluation of Proposed Amendment No.155.
To provide added assurance that the ODCM is ready to support plant operation, the District will conduct an independent third-party verification and
-]
validation (V8V) of the ODCM. The V&V scheduled for. completion in early December will validate the ODCM methodologies and verify the database values.
If changes to 00CM text or database are required as a result of the independent V&V, these will be incorporated prior to restart. We will continue to work closely with NRR and Region V technical reviewers, keeping them appraised of the progress and findings of the ODCM V&V effort.
