ENFORCEMENT U S NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMISSION 1450 MARIA LANE SUITE 210 WALNUT CREEK CA 94596 DOCKET NIMIER 50-312 LICENSE NUMBER DPR-54 1985 ANNUAL RADIOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATING REPORT The Sacramento Municipal Utility District hereby submits to the Commission the Annual RadioIogical Environmental Operating Report as required under Technical Specification 6.9.2.2, Operating Iscense DPR-54 for Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1 The Rancho Seco Technical Specification 3.23 requires that a land use census be conducted annually and the results included in the Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report.
This requirement only addresses the gaseous effluent pathway and is complete.
This report is being submitted late due to the District's desire to include a comprehensive liquid effluent pathway land use survey and the difficutty in collecting data due to factors beyond the control of the District.
The liquid effluent pathway land use survey is a continuous process for the District with updated information obtained during the course of our environmental studies.
If additional information is obtained which would significantly change the radiological impact evaluation, the rict will submit a supplementary report.
