s-alleger (confidentiality not requested)ying a as an on Eni'1co Fermi, who caff; acted Region V and wants to talk to the NRC about his being " blackballed" for reporting quality concerns.

In addition, he has documentation supporting his concerns on Fermi that he wants to show to someone from the NRC.

This matter is being referred to 01:RIII for investigation.

No further work is contemplated by 0I:RV and the matter has been placed in CLOSED status.
