TERMINATION OF QC INSPECTOR AT FERMI II
Reference:
(1) Region III Memorandum, W. S. Little to J. E. Foster dated September 27, 1982 (2) Report of Inquiry, Office of Investigations Field Office, Region III, Report No. Q3-83-007, dated June 13, 1983, with attachments Reference (1) reconinended to the Office of Investigation that an investigation be performed regarding the firing of an L. K. Comstock Company QC inspector at the Fenni II plant.
In Reference (2), the Office of Investigation discussed the known facts related to the inspector's firing, closed the inquiry, and stated that no further 01 action is anticipated.
' Based on review of the referenced documents, which are attached to this memorandum, and discussions with Bruce Little, who was the SRI at Fenni II during the period of interest, it appears that no further Region III action is needed with regard to the subject termination.
