REVIEW 0F ALLEGATIONS CONTAINED IN OI CASE NO. 3-82-055 (FERMI)

I have reviewed the allegations contained in Case No. 3-82-055, and the resolution of those allegations as a result of the investigation which was performed. Based upon my evaluation of that investigation, there does not appear to be any reason for the Office of Investigation to conduct any further investigation of those allegations.

I therefore concur with the closing of this investigation.
