l l This letter is to request reconsideration of your decision reg 6rding creditability under 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) for my past service performed during the period of June 5, 1977, to June 18, 1978.

. I plan to submit additional documentation that will address my specific role l in cases tnat I was investigating during this period and provide information as to the percentage of time I spent in the actual conduct of criminal inves-tigatior.s . Also, I will provide an explanation of the violations of specific l criminal codes being investigated; and demonstrate that experience as a law l enforcement officer was required as a prerequisite for this position.

I trust that this additional information will validate my primary duties as those involving the investigation of individuals suspected or convicted of offenses against the criminal laws of the United States.
