THIS STATE DOES NOT WANT NRC's ACSISTANCE UNLESS REQUESTED, AND WE l DO NOT WANT NRC'S INTERFERENCE AND/OR ENFORCEMENT OF THEIR REGULATIONS WITH REGARD TO LOUISIANA *S LICENSEES UNLESS THE LICENSEE IS WORKING UNDER RECIPROCITY IN AREAS UNDER NRC JURISDICTION.
NRC is becoming too prescriptive in trying to clone the states in l their own image. If we can't have some individuality among the states, there does not need to be state agreements. NRC SHOULD DO IT ALL. .AGAIN!
Next time, though, the job will be much, much larger.
States that want what NRC is proposing can request that it be done; those who don't should be able to say "No!"
