It is my understanding that the genend contractor, who is cunently in a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy proceeding, has been paid for the services rendered by our client on this project. It is our intention, if the facts warrant, to pursue a False Claims Act case against the principals of the general contractor. To that end, please provide us with all information pertaining to 01is project, including any certifications by the general contractor regarding payment to subcontractors and any information regarding payments made or due to the general contractor.
