I. INTRODUCTION This Supplemental Report is submitted as required by Technical Specifica-tion 6.9.1.5.d to the Crystal River Unit 3 Facility Operating License No. DPR-72. This report contains the summaries of gaseous doses to an individual and the population for the period July 1 through December 31, 1985.

The summation of gaseous doses were revised due to a compilation error dis-covered in the meteorological data. _

The individual and population doses were calculated using GASPAR computer codes obtained from the Nuclear Regulatory Commi ssion and revised to include site specific data wherever possible.

A table has also been added to assess the radiation doses to the hypothet-ical worst case individual from reactor releases for the previous calendar year as required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.5.d. The doses required for the table were included in the reports but the summation table had been inadvertently omitted.

Additionally, the Average Release Rates in Table 11-1 were revised to correct calculational errors.

The correction of the compilation error in the meteorological data raised the recovery rate for the fourth quarter from 69.5% to 95.5%. The revised doses for this Supplemental Report are all less than previously reported.
