Occupational Radiation Exposure Report

Dear Sir:

Florida Power Corporation (FPC) hereby submits the attached Occupational Radiation Exposure Report in accordance with the Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3) Improved Technical Specifications 5.7.1.l(a).

The report provides the person-rem radiation exposures to personnel at CR-3, for the period January 1,1997 through December 31,1997, according to work and job function. The individual monitoring report required by 10 CFR 20.2206(b) was submitted to the NRC REIRS Project Manager, in accordance with 10 CFR 20.2206(c), by FPC letter dated April 24,1998, (3F0498-09).
