MOTION TO ESTAnr.ISH HEARING LOCATION FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS Now comes the Intervenor, Town _of Hampton, and requests this Board to enter an order establishing-that any pre-hearing confer-ences or public hearings on the Town of Hampton Radiological Emergency Response Plan shall be held and convened in the. Town of Hampton. In' support of this Motion, the Town of Hampton states:

1. That by Order of this Board of January. 17, 1986, the Board established a schedule whereby_ hearings would commence on the State of New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP), and on RERP for local governgents, on July 21, 1986.
2. That as determined by the State of New Hampshire, the Town of Hampton has the largest mean peak population of all towns within ten miles of Seabrook Station, namoton RERP, Da. I-14.  ;
3. That the Town of Hampton is centrally located both to-Seabrook Station and to all affected municipalities within ten miles of Seabrook Station.
4. That to insure full and fair public comment, any pre-hearing conferences or public hearings on the State and local RERP should be held within the Town of Hampton by reason of the aforementioned Town's population, and proximity to Seabrook Station and-all other affected units of local government, and immediate proximity to the thousands _of seasonal vacationers and transients within the Town of Hampton during the summer months when Board hearings are scheduled to commence in this matter.
5. That by establishing the Town of Hampton as the site i for any hearings, including public hearings in this : matter, the l Board will thereby insure that those members of the public, and l l
