3.1 INSPECTION FREQUENCY AND SCOPE The frequency of inspection ef forts, as a sini=us, shall be established within this instruction or its daughter documents.

The QC Supervisor or his designee may direct inspection to a greater frequency should circumstances warrant this action.

3.2 INSPECTION CRITERIA l

Quality Instructions for each inspection attribute on the I

Inspection Report (Figures 1 and 2) outline specific inspection criteria and techniques for Class 1E Cable Terminations.

The detailed Inspection Report and the associated. Quality i

Instructions are not designed to eliminate Inspector research.

The QC Inspector shall remain cognizant of design changes, parameters and tolerances necessary to accomplish this inspection ~.

3.3 DOCUMENTATION Satisfactory Class 1E Cable Terminations Inspections shall be

[

documented by completing an Inspection Report. (Figure 1 or 1A) in accordance with Reference 1-B.

Figure 2 is used for documentation of inspection criteria under Quality Instruction 11.3-28.17.

"NA" is used for an inspection attribute sign-off when the item does not particularly apply to the ongoing inspection.

i "NO" is used for an inspection attribute sign-of f when the l

ites was not observed for one reason or another and does apply l

co the ongoing inspection. The reason for "NO" use shall be identified on the inspection in Remark section or where appropriate.

3.4 NONCONFOPEANCES AND DEFICIENCIES Nonconformances and Deficiencies shall be identified and processed in accordance with Reference 1-C and 1-D.
