Darrell G. Eisenhut, Director 04tision of Licensing FC'
'.'incent S. Noonan, Director Comanche Peak Project
$ 1'ECT-CCMANCHE FEAK ACTION ITEMS SCHEDULE DATE Enclosec :: :ne third ucdate to the tabulation of Comanche Peak Action Items.
This updata3 the tabulation of December 5,1984, and provides scheduled actions in the areas of Technical Review Team, Licensing and Inspection.
An upcate of legal actions will be provided separately.
Significant issues are noted below:
The first TRT SSER (Electrical and Test Programs) was issued on February 1, 1985. The second TRT SSER (Civil and Misc. areas) should be ready for issue within two weeks.
TRT SSERs in other disciplines (Coatings, Mechanical, and 0A) should all be issued by the end of February. Extensive OELD review, corrections and changes resulting from this review, and limited typing support will cumulatively make this target difficult.
The FOIA response effort is placing considerable demands on Task Forces resources.
Completion of the Suninary Dispositions is expected by late February.
Completion of Intimidatio.n and Contention 5 Panel actions is expected by the end of February.
The staff expects to be able to resume the hearing process by
~
mid-March.
i I will be pleased to discuss this with you at y r request.
