REQUEST FOR MR. EVANGELOS C. MARINOS' ASSIGNMENT TO THE COMANCHE PEAK. TECHNICAL REVIEW TEAM As discussed with members of your staff earlier this week, the Comanche Peak Technical Review Team has a critical need for additional staff expertise in the electrical review area, and Mr. Evangelos C. Marinos of your staff can provide that expertise.

In order to maintain continuity in the final and critical phase of our review, we need the services of Mr. Marinos to begin November 26, 1984, for a period of three months.

We understand that Mr. Marinos has completed the final milestone of his present assignment concerning the review of the San Onofre-1 TDI diesels and the Safety Evaluation Report has been issued. Hence, we would like Mr.

Marinos, starting November 26, 1984, to assist Mr. Jose A. Calvo with assignments of the Technical Review Team.

We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
