COMANCHE PEAK TECHNICAL REVIEW TEAM As discussed with members of your staff earlier this week, the Comanche Peak Technical Review Team has a critical need for additional staff expertise in the e1ectrical review area, and Mr. Esangelos C. Marinos of your staff can.

In order to maintain continuity in the final and provide that expertise.
critical phase of our review, we need the services of Mr. Marinos to begin November 26, 1984, for a period of three months.
We understand that Mr. Marinos has completed the final milestone of his present assignment concerning the review of the San Onofre-1 TDI diesels and Hence, we would like Mr.
the Safety Evaluation Report has been issued.to assist Mr. Jose A. Calvo with Marinos, starting November 26, 1984, assignments of the Technical Review Team.
