TECHNICAL REVIEW TEAM The Electrical and Instrumentation Group of the Comanche Peak Technical Review

Team urgently needs additional resources to complete its review of various electrical actions and to support ELD actions before the Licensing Board.

These actions include the disposition of allegations, prepcration of safety evaluations, responding tc FOIA reauests and preparation of testimony for the Licensing Board.

We request your assistance in assigning a member of your staff to the Comanche Peak Technical Review Team for a period of three months beginning on March I, We believe that the person whose experience would most nearly fit the profile needed for this project can be found in the Power Systems Branch of 1985.

The selected individual will be assisting Jose A. Calvo your organization.and Evangelos C. Marinos to complete all remaining actions in the e review area.

We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
