ENCLOSURE E&I, TRT SIGNIFICANT FINDINGS 1.
The QC inspector training appears to lack progrannatic controls and may have resulted in inadequate qualification training for some electrical QC inspectors. (E&I Category 6.)
2.
The adequacy of seismic supports for suspending ceiling and lighting in the control room could not be determined.

3.
Cable Butt splices in cable trays and panels may not meet acceptable installation criteria.

4.
Cable and conduit separation not maintained in accordance with established separation criteria.
