The attached report by R. J. Pate and D. F. Kirsch of a visit to the

subject facility on December 14-17, 1976 is forwarded for your informa-

tion.

As you will note, enforcement actions were taken in the area of

containment concrete quality control and testing and in the area of

documentation control.

You will also note that the cover letter to

the licensee contains a paragraph expressing our concern about the

implementation of the QA program for these facilities.
