6.1.2.3 Manual employees will receive specific instruction as to duties, Quality Assurance, and safety requirements immediately upon arriving at their assignsd work area by their immediate supervisor.

" 6.1. 3 Follow-up indoctrination sessions will be conducted by those supervisors set forth. in paragraph'6.1.2 above and will consist of a brief review of safety' rules, Quality Assurance requirements and'o;;her items mentioned initially.

Special indoctrinations may be developed and implemented if necessitated by local conditions.

6.3.1 Industrial Relutions shall take the action

6.3.2 In the event apprenticeship training. programs are not established, Industrial Relations, through

6.3.4 Each depar.tment manager shall assure that the employees in his area of responsibility are trained in, and fam'iliar with those portions of their duties impacting qualj.ty.
