SUBJECT:
CONTROL ANO DISTRIBUTION OF WATERFORD 3 TRACKING SYSTEM DOCUMENT The Waterford 3 Tracking System has been placed in the 5b20 System.
It will be updated weekly or on an as requested basis.
Updates will only be made in Region IV from a tarkup provided by Waterford 3 site management.
Corrections are to be submittsd to the Waterford 3 Site (Attention:
SRI) for updating the master file. Again, the file will only be updated in Region IV.
Please note that the tracking system printout contains sensitive information and should be handled and controlled accordingly.
Please do not make copies of the distributed document.
If you need additional copies, please let us know and we will revise the distribution list.
The date the document is revised will appear on each page.
Each set of revisions will be numbered. The distribution list will be maintained by the Director, Waterford 3 Task Force.
Revisions will be distributed to only those on the list, at which time prior revisions will be collected in order to assure that each individual has the latest revision.
