provide a list of plants in our PDs that have volunteered. or have indicated they probably will volunteer, to participate in ISAP-II.

There are seven plants (four utilities) in PD I-1.

None of the utilities have volunteered to participate at this time.

In its February 1988 response, NNPC stated it would be interested in,

discussing the program further for possible consideration of HMP-1; however, based upon the problems that have developed at NMP-1 since their February 1988 response. NMPC may not be as interested in participating in the program as their letter implies. Con-Ed (IP-2) and PASNY (IP-3 and FitzPatrick) indicated they would like more information on the program and would be willing to participate in an NRC/ industry seminar on the program.

BG&E has no interest in participating in the proposed program.

Indian Point 2 response dated 02/17/88:

Con-Ed is not in a position to participate in ISAP II starting in j_

Should ISAP II efforts continue they sould be interested l

j in discussing participation upon completion of their efforts to update the IP-2 PRA.

Cond-Ed is not interested in a one-on-one 4

meeting with the NRC on ISAP II at this time.

Indian Point 3 & FitzPatrick response dated 02/22/88:

PASNY does not have enough information to make a decision regarding participation in ISAP II.

PASHY vould participate in an NRC/ industry meeting to discuss the topic.

PASNY does not believe an individual meeting with NRC would be useful until a general meeting was held with all interested licensees.

HMPC is interested in participating in ISAP II for NMP-1 with II some reservations.

NMPC will need more information regarding the i

program's scope, schedule, and engineering acceptance criteria j

before it could make a definitive commitment.
