at Huraboldt County, California.

that you were in Geneva, and I e leaving February 8,1965 on j

a trip around the Continent of Africas and would like to see l

you in Washington at your convenience before February 9th, j

I would like to review several matters with you, as we are at present surveying the farve on both sides on the geo-graphscal strata for a, hot ditch on the outlet of the second coolant for the Oyster-Creek Plant.

I would like to go over sama with you as to the effect this may have from a nuclear reactor l

standpoint on the agricultural experiments I me presently engaged j
