applications are pending in your Department made by Jersey Central Power and Light Company and/or New Jersey Power and Light Company for operation of the company's Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, or any other new facility to be constructed by the company in either Ocean or Lacey Townships, Ocean County.
Will you also please advise me whether or not any hearings on any pending application have been scheduled and, if so, when and where.
