1. OQAM (Change Notice 90-10) mark-up,_ identifying change- ,

through the use of inserts and strikeovers.

w 2.- Explanations'_and justifications for changes to the OQAM. ,

The proposed revisions provido for the-processing of QA- ,

originated corrective action documents consistent with all- 4 similar documants, Specifically, in-line QA approval of responses 1and verification 7of actions to correct deficiencies has been deleted;-in addition,:Section 16-has been rewritten

-_to; simplify preparation of_ corrective action procedures. ,

' Pursuant to the requirements .of -10CFR50.54 (a) (3) ,' the changes -

3 have been evaluated by_ Union Electric.- The; change involving -

deletion of in-line QA review of the above noted documents = is:

considered to:be'a-lessening'of_ commitment,-and requires your approval-prior-to implementation.- The revised OQAM' continues to; satisfy the requirements.of 10CFR50, Appendix-B.
