The reactor was shut down with the coolant temperature less than 2120 F and the mod'e switch in, refuel dor normal refueling operations.

DESCRIPTICN On April 10, 1975 at 1100 hours0.0127 days <br />0.306 hours <br />0.00182 weeks <br />4.1855e-4 months <br /> a local leak rate test was conducted OF OCCURRENCE:

on the main stdam line drain and bypass line (V-1-106, 107, 110, and 111) and the Icakage rate was calculated to be 38.3 scfh when corrected to 20 psig pressure. While pressurizing the line leakage was detected past the packing of V-1-110.
