• Temporary Chance: The off-cas recombiner compressor trip on high hydrogen may be bypassed ~for a pe ri od of no t more than 8 hrs. per day to accommodate l eak testing of the mai n condenrer and annociated vacuum systems, provided recombiner performance i c veri fi ca by continuous observation of the following parameters durinq the pe ri od that the trips are hypassed.

1. I!ccombiner di f f orential temperature.

2. Ilydrogen content downstream of recombi ner as measured on a temporary analyzer.

Trip the off-gas mechanica] compressors if the temporary hydrogen mcnitor indi cates a hydrogen content downstream ci the recombiner in excess of 2%

or i f the recombiner di f ferential temperature indicates a f ail ure to recombi ne hydrogen .
