Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and nineteen copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Appli-cation for Amendment of Facility Operating License DPR-44.
This application requests, on an emergency basis, changes to the Peach Bottom Unit 2 Technical Specifications relating to the hydrogen off-gas monitors to permit a main condenser leak check using helium tracer gas.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, I am enclosing a check payable i.o the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,000 to cover the filing fee for this appli-cation.
