Conditions Prior to Occurrence:

Normal operation.

• Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment. Describe.

e Apparent Cause of Occurrence: .

r Misinterpretation of design drawings.

Analysis of Occurrence:

If an initiate signal had been received from the "D" zene fire protection system, "C" zone would have been sprayed with water and vice versa.

Corrective Action:

• Piping was corrected to the proper configuration.
