MOTION OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS ,

FOR LEAVE TO FILE RESPONSE TO " APPLICANTS'  ;

REPLY TO BRIEF OF THE COMMONWEALTH ,

OF MASSACHUSETTS IN SUPPORT  !

OF ITS CONTENTIONS" i

On August 2, 1982, the Applicants first stated certain objections to the Commonwealth's contentions, having previously taken the position that those contentions should be admitted and incorporated into one, generally-worded emergency planning contention. See, e.g., Transcript of the July 15, 16, 1982 Prehearing Conference, Counsel's Exhibit A. Applicants have stated their objections in a document entitled " Applicants' Reply to Brief of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Support of its Contentions." The Commonwealth seeks leave to file a 8208160150 820810 PDR ADOCK 05000443 G PDR C$h3 y ,

brief response to these new arguments, which response accompanies this Motion.
