danuary 5-8, 1982 R. HERR, L. ELLERSHAW and J. GAGLIARDO at Burlington, VT., and interviewed four (4) individuals who had submitted signed statements.
January 13 - 15, 1982 R. HERR and L. ELLERSHIW at Burlington and obtained signed sworn statements from four (4) individuals. V. POTAPOVS telephonically contacted B. LYONS requesting a list of all ASME Code pumps manufactured by HTPC.
January 14, 1982 J. KRAEMER telephonically contacted J. COLLINS -
to complain that NRC had investigators at HTPC and HTPC had not been notified in advance.
COLLINS responded that NRC had no obligation to notify.
