HAYWARD TYLER PUMPS I would like the following information concerning the Hayward Tyler Pumps:

(1) the plants utilizing these pumps for safety significant purposes; (2) the systems in which these pumps are installed; and (3) pump failure rate information for Hayward Tyler pumps of these types.

To th'e extent possible, I would like this information for each year af ter 1975.

A response is requested by January 15.
