HAYWARD TYLER PUMP COMPANY John Collins.has requested that an audit be perfomed on the transfer of the draft investigation report to the representatives of the co^mpany.

I would appreciate it if you would carry out such an audit as soon as possible.

The details of this request are contained in the memo from Collins to me dated March 5 and cy memo to the Chaiman also dated March 5, copies of which are being sent to you.
