fords: f' Thank you for your letter'[f December 15, 1981, concerning the investigation of the quality control practices of the Hayward Tyler Pump Company.
During the week of January 4,1982, our Region IV Office (Dallas) initiated an investigation.
It is anticipated that the investigation will continue throughout the month of January.
Region IV also plans.to perform a team inspection of the activities at the Hayward Tyler plant.
We will apprise you of any significant findings identified by the investi-gation or the team inspection.
