HAYWARD TYLER PUMP COMPANY At about 0830, March 5,1982, Tom Rehm requested that I forward to him by messenger copies of the RIV investigation and inspection reports concerning the subject company that had allegedly been previously provided company repre-sentatives.
After obtaining the concurrence of Jim Sniezek, I forwarded these copies sans any statements or administrative.pages.
Included in this package was the draft Notice of Nonconformance and forwarding letter.
Later, at about 1010, on March 5, Mr. DeYoung requested that I arrange hand delivery of these reports to each Commissioner as soon as possible along with a note indicating that these were the reports that had been given to the Indian Point and Hayward Tyler Companies on February 12, 1982.
Copies of the material provided Rehm, supra, were made, separately packaged,'and carried downtown by Sandy Johnson at about 1045 the same day.
