The Nuclear Regulatory Conaission (the Cousaission) having found that:

The application for amendment to Construction Pernit No. CPPR-126 transmitted by a Texas Utilities Generating Coupany letter, dated tiarch 10, 1962, for the purpose of reflecting revised percentage ownership interests in the Comanche Peak Stean Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, between Texas Power a Light Company and the Tex-La Electric Cooperative of Texas, Inc. complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as acenced, and the Comission's rules and regulations set forth in lu CFh Chapter I; The Texas Power 6 L1 ht Company is financially qualified to finance B.

Accordingly, Construction Peruit No. CPPR-126 is amenced to reflect a change in the ownership of the facility as follows:
