l1111 l2CV-1024 for steam generator ' A' failed to operate. Redundant valve 2CV-1023-1 was available and operable. l lTlIl lThis is reportable per T.S. 6.9.1.9.(b). I 11l1l lImmediate corrective action was to replace damaged parts. After reassembly, the valve was satisfactorily l 11l1l l tested.
