APPLICANTS' RESPONSE TO REQUEST OF INTERVENORS FOR PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE IN RESPONSE TO ALAB-924 Under date of November 9, 1989, The Attorney General of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MAG) on behalf of himself and New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution (NECNP) and Feacoast Anti-Pollution League (SAPL) , filed a " Request of intervenors for Pre-hearing Conference in response to ALAB-924."

Applicants submit that this request should be denied as premature. This Board has indicated that all or some of the matters-remanded may be capable of resolution without any further hearings.
