We nave completed our review of your September 27, 1979 response to our letter of July 26, 1979 regarding the potential for the reactor cavity annulus seal ring becoming a destructive missile, if left in place during Operational flodes other than refueling, and a pipe break occurs inside the reactor cavity.
You letter of September 27, 1979, comitted to remove the reactor cavity sea'i ring during nomal operations prior to startup following the next refueling outage.
This action acceptably resolves ti.is issue for Yankee-Rowe.
